| | This will be more of a SOC (stream of consciousness) blog then what I
normally put out. It's a lazy Saturday morning, and Somer is watching
episodes of Firefly (thanks to Chris and Mandie). I'm sitting here
writing a blog before diving into some reading.
I woke up this
morning at around 8:30am and began my day by reading my bloglines. If
you don't know what that is, bloglines.com is a website where you can
get RSS feeds of all your favorite sites. Here's some of the websites I
subscribe to:
www.skepchick.org/blog hitchensweb.com Pharyngula Wil Wheaton's blog NY Times Front Page Huffington Post ESPN.com TMZ.com joblo.com lifehacker.com slate.com pfunked.net i guess i'm floating BBC World News
the list goes on and on and on... I had around 350 new items to read this morning.
I
also took the time to read a wikipedia article on the new terrorist
group al-Fatah Islam, which is really making waves in Lebanon in the
past few months.
Venus won Wimbledon and tomorrow we get to
watch Federer dispatch Nadal (hey, it's grass, what do you
expect)...tonight, Rockies vs. Phillies at Coors Field (I'll be there).
Somer
made drop biscuits (mmmm), and we watched an episode of Curb Your
Enthusiasm. The one where Larry wears a heart halter and accidentally
convinces a surrogate to keep her baby.
I was going to write a
blog of the latest fashion advice, but I got aggravated when I couldn't
find pictures online to describe what I was going to talk about. Darn
google images.
Guess this is long enough and I'll leave it up to you to leave comments.
Peace. |
